Payment Options: We currently accept all major credit cards through PAYPAL. You do not need a PAYPAL account to process your order.

Sales Tax: Will be added to all orders including shipping and handling fees, within or headed to the state of Alabama. All other states are exempt from paying sales tax.

Discount Pricing: Most items are priced below the suggested retail price and we strive to give you the best price out there. We offer new customer discounts, monthly specials and additional ways to save.

Return Policy: Our items are 100% Personalized by you, the customer, making it unable to accept returns. If there is an error on our part or a defected item, Prim and Paper Shop will replace your product. Please make sure you are entering your Personalization information exactly as you want it. Prim and Paper Shop is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer. We will see that in the case of an error, your product will be redone and shipped out at no charge.

Cancellations: If your order has not yet been printed then we will be happy to cancel it. Please be sure to cancel the order right away. If your order has already been sent to the printer, we regret that we are unable to cancel it because the items wont be able to be used again. Contact us via info@primandpapershop.com along with your order number for swift processing.

Photo's: Please email your photo's to photos@primandpapershop.com for your invitations and birth announcements. Be sure to put your order number as the subject.
